If you are not satisfied with your Sprout Pouch, you may return it within 60 days in new resaleable condition for refund or exchange. A $4.00 restocking fee will be charged on all orders returned for refund.
Please enclose a note with your item stating what action you'd like taken (i.e. please exchange for size medium in same print). No preauthorization is required for returns or exchanges.

news at Sprout Pouch or providing updated product

Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless otherwise arranged. Most orders ship within 2 business days. We will let you know if we anticipate any delay. You can expect to receive your items within 5 business days of placing your order.
We ship to Canada via USPS Express International service. To ship one pouch to Canada costs $23 and takes 3-5 business days. Additionally, you may be charged Canadian taxes and a customs brokerage fee of $8.50 at time of delivery. Please contact us for shipping to other international destinations.
